These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Invydo, including our website, mobile application, and related services. Invydo is provided by Berger Studios GmbH, Münzgasse 17, 69469 Weinheim, Germany. Invydo helps creators and local businesses discover each other, manage collaboration opportunities, and build profiles with optional social account connections.
Accounts
By using Invydo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and using the service lawfully.
Social and login connections
Users may choose to connect supported third-party accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, and Apple, to authenticate or show selected profile or audience information. Invydo does not post content, upload videos, send messages, manage comments, manage pages, or take actions on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Apple, or any other third-party service on a user's behalf. Users can disconnect supported social accounts in the app where available and may request account or data deletion at https://invydo.com/delete-account.
User content and acceptable use
You are responsible for profile details, photos, collaboration information, messages, and other content you submit. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or private information about others without permission. You must not misuse Invydo, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, impersonate others, harass users, interfere with security, or use the service for illegal or harmful purposes.
Privacy and third-party services
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://invydo.com/privacy-policy. Your use of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Apple, Firebase, maps, hosting, analytics, and other third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
Termination and liability
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users, or harm Invydo or third parties. Invydo is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berger Studios GmbH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages.
